How to Assemble our Dolly Parton Skillet Clock
This skillet clock is a nod to Dolly Parton’s hit song “9 to 5.” Proudly display this piece anywhere that needs a big dose of Dolly fun-from kitchen to office! The collectible clock features a Lodge cast iron skillet with a special Dolly-inspired design that’s made to be passed down for generations to come.
Skillet Clock Assembly Pieces-
Clock Parts
Central part
Rubber washer
Brass washer
Hex nut
Hour hand
Minute hand
Closed nut
Directions-
Place the rubber washer on the post of the central part, then mount the central part onto the interior side of the skillet.
Turn the skillet clock around so that you can see the face of the clock. Place the brass washer and the hex nut over the center post, then use your hand to tighten the hex nut, being careful not to overtighten.
Now mount the hour hand to the center post, followed by the minute hand. Secure the hands with the closed nut.
Insert 1 AA battery to the central part of the clock and set it to the current time.

This is a brand new item that is available on our website 💛 We have it linked in the description. It may also roll out to other retailers in the next few months.
On one hand I get it, the appeal. On the other, I feel like there could be a better material to use. Who goes around someonelse's home and pulls clocks down from the wall? Iron is a huge weight to hang. The plastic clock mechanism feels woefully undervalued in comparison to the face (the mechanism will not outlast or even last the same amount of time as the iron face). Why not just go for plastic that looks like metal? Once upon the wall, it would have the same effect?

Hi! Love all your Lodge products!! Thanks for the video and the recipe. Just made the dough. My dough did not turn out shaggy and did not pour from the mixing bowl. I picked it up and placed it in the oiled bowl. What did I do wrong? Thanks for any suggestions.
Hey there! Here is a note from Chef Kris - "by the time you take the dough out of the mixer, it shouldn't be shaggy anymore. It's ready to remove from the mixing bowl when the dough pulls from the sides of the bowl cleanly. " Does this help? Please let us know if you have additional questions 💛

What's the best way to clean up cast iron 15 inch Pizza Pan?
The same way you would clean any cast iron 💛 Water, soap, and brush/sponge. Our Everyday Scrub Cloths are awesome for the pizza pan too.

Love pizza ,can't stand greasy peperoni =heartburn and dia..
I'm not too crazy about the pepperoni grease, either. There is a workaround trick.... Line a plate with papertowels. Lay out your pepperoni on the plate. Microwave it at about 50% power for a few seconds. Take another wad of papertowels to blot up as much of the extra grease as you can. Your low-grease pepperoni is ready for your pizza. The grease in pepperoni, of course, is saturated fat. By just gently heating it up a bit, the fat melts and leeches out of the sausage. It's impossible to completely eliminate it, but you can get rid of most of it by using this method.

I made my best pizza on this a few years ago it looked perfect and tasted great ! I’m going to have to dig it out and do it again !
The 1st rule of cast iron baking is heat the pan 1st, may it be to 350° or 425° depending on what you're making, even cookies are better in pre heated cast iron
I can see the seasoning being burned off whichever side is facing the fire, but generally I like the idea.
